Mike works to build funding capacity for critical mission strategies including outreaches and sustaining missionaries long-term on the field. He also helps team leaders develop and implement strategies.

Shelley serves full-time missionaries by training and equipping them in ministry partner development. She helps disciple-makers get to the field, be effective on the field and thrive on the field.
