Since 2005, I have served in campus ministry doing evangelism and discipleship with university students. My role now is leading Tandem's Leadership Development and Human Resources team. My focus is helping new missionary workers report to the field, training them to them be effective in the field, and giving them the support and tools they need to thrive in the field.
